Description

Rymax Hydra HVI ECO FG 68 is a hydraulic fluid that offers a unique combination of biodegradability and non-toxic (food-grade) properties. These characteristics make it ideal for use in hydraulic systems operating in sensitive environments such as fish farms, fish processing facilities, fish processing vessels, and pelagic fish harvesting vessels. Moreover, Rymax Hydra HVI ECO FG 68 is also suitable as an HFDU class for applications close to heat sources and flames. It has a very low burn efficiency and high flash point, making it less likely to ignite and reducing the risk of fire hazards in hydraulic systems. Unlike water glycol-based formulations, Foodmax BIO HVI does not require constant monitoring to maintain fire resistance. The product meets the most stringent specifications of the food industry and is compliant with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Global GAP, and other certification systems like BRC and ISO 22000. Additionally, it meets the requirements specified in FDA 21 CFR 178.3570.They are also available ISO VG-32/46 grades.
